Enjoying llamas since 1991, Linda, Dan and Jennifer Myers have been, and continue to be, very active in the local llama community in Southwest Washington State and Portland, OR metropolitan area.
Linda is currently the President of the Southwest Washington Llama
Association (SWWLA) and enjoys taking part in parades and the Clark County Fair every
year. Both Dan & Linda are two of the founding members of the association, established in
1994.
Dan has been one of the Editors of "The Tracks," newsletter for SWWLA; is currently the
web developer for the SWWLA web site; former Board Member and member of many
llama committees.
Jennifer's involvement began as a member
of the "Curious Companions" llama 4-H club; currently serves as the Show Superintendant
at the Clark County Fair and has been active on several SWWLA committees.
The entire family is actively involved in SWWLA's very successful- "A Llama
Affaire," (ALSA event) every July.
As members of the Southwest Washington Llama Association- Linda, Dan and Jennifer have
also enjoyed participating in Portlands "Grand Floral Parade" during Portlands
"Rose Festival," as well as the Meier & Frank "Holiday Parade," the Longview
Parade, Long Beach Parade and others.
